Most of the women out there, really sensitive when it comes to WEIGHT. But why? Weight is very important to women as they really care about their body. Some of the women doesn’t really take it when someone say to her, “hey you are looking fat!” but for those who really take it, they will become like crazy monkey and tend to diet for losing more weight.
Sometime, people like to say that bigger women is not pretty but some of the people really like to have bigger women in their life. All this depends on how do people appreciate someone, not by looking whether they are beautiful, thinner and flawless but looking at their heart, the sincere of their heart. OK, Enough!!! Today I want to share a few tips to have a normal and ideal weight.
HOW TO MODIFY YOUR DIET FOR AN IDEAL WEIGHT?
To have an ideal weight for those who have already overweight and obese is not as easy as you think. First things that they need is DETERMINATION & MOTIVATION. This kind of words is very important for those overweight and obese people to have an ideal weight. As we already know, this process may take a longer time depend on how we manage it and also how we focus and how discipline we are. So, with all the determination and motivation that you have, of course you can face it and finished it till the end or else it could be useless. Here a few things that could be beneficial to be apply in your new diet.

DON’T EVER SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST NO MATTER WHAT HAPPEN.

TRY TO MANAGE YOUR TIME FOR MEAL AND BE PUNCTUAL.

USE A SMALLER PLATE RATHER THAN BIGGER PLATE.

EAT MORE FIBER FOOD.

EAT FREQUENTLY BUT IN SMALLER QUANTITY.

TRY TO AVOID ANY CARBONATED, SUGARY DRINKS AND FAST FOOD.

EAT WHOLE FOOD RATHER THAN PROCESSED FOOD.

EAT MORE PROTEIN.

DRINKS A LOT OF WATER.

EAT HIGHER DENSE-FOOD.

EAT FOOD IN SOLID FORM RATHER THAN LIQUID FORM.

DRINK WATER ~HALF TO AN HOUR BEFORE MEAL.

DON'T DO ANYTHING ELSE WHILE EATING (FOCUS ON YOUR MEAL).

DON'T SLEEP OR LYING DOWN AS SOON AS YOU HAVE FINISHED EATING.

DON'T COMPARE YOUR SELF WITH OTHERS.

AVOID ANY KIND OF FOOD THAT HAS HIGHER FAT LEVEL.

EAT FOOD THAT HAS A LOWER CALORIES CONTENT.

DO EXERCISE AT LEAST 2 TIME PER WEEK.
